How to Restore Purchases

If you've purchased a subscription or lifetime access and it's not showing up on your device:

In the App

  1. Open the Yogi Breath app
  2. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon in top right)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Restore Purchases"
  4. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase
  5. Wait for confirmation that your purchase has been restored

Important Notes

  • You must use the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase
  • Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not your device
  • If you're using Family Sharing, the original purchaser must restore
  • Restore is instant and free - you won't be charged again

Still Having Issues?

If restore doesn't work:

  • Make sure you're signed in to the correct Apple ID
  • Check that your purchase went through (Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > Purchase History)
  • Try signing out of your Apple ID and signing back in
  • Contact us at [email protected] with your purchase receipt

How to Cancel Your Subscription

All subscriptions are managed through Apple. Here's how to cancel:

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find and tap "Yogi Breath"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  6. Confirm cancellation

On Mac

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Click your name or the sign-in button at the bottom of the sidebar
  3. Click "View Information" at the top
  4. Scroll to "Subscriptions" and click "Manage"
  5. Find "Yogi Breath" and click "Edit"
  6. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Important Information

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge
  • You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period
  • After cancellation, you can still use free features
  • You can resubscribe at any time
  • Lifetime purchases cannot be cancelled (they're one-time payments)

Common Issues

App won't open or crashes

Try these steps:

  • Force close the app and reopen it
  • Restart your device
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app
  • Check that your iOS is up to date
  • If issues persist, delete and reinstall the app (your data syncs via iCloud)

Audio not working

Check these settings:

  • Make sure your device isn't on silent mode
  • Check volume level in the app settings
  • Disconnect any Bluetooth devices and try again
  • Check that the app has permission to play audio

Data not syncing between devices

iCloud sync troubleshooting:

  • Make sure you're signed in to the same iCloud account on both devices
  • Check that iCloud Drive is enabled (Settings > Apple ID > iCloud)
  • Make sure you have internet connection
  • Try signing out of iCloud and back in

Can't access purchased course

For course access issues:

  • Check your email for the access link and login details
  • Make sure you're logged in to the website with the correct email
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser
  • Contact [email protected] with your order number
