Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes! Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so you can use it on any iOS device signed in with that account. Your practice data syncs via iCloud.

What's the difference between subscription plans?

All plans include the same features. Monthly costs $3.99/month, Annual costs $24.99/year (48% savings), and Lifetime is a one-time payment of $59.99 for forever access.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Does the app work offline?

Yes! Once downloaded, the app works completely offline. You don't need an internet connection to practice. iCloud sync requires connection but is optional.

Do I need to create an account?

No account required! The app works immediately after download. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud.

Is my data private?

Breathwork Practice

I'm a complete beginner. Where should I start?

Start with the Newbie level in the app. Begin with simple diaphragmatic breathing exercises. Practice 5-10 minutes daily and progress gradually. Consider taking our "Pranayama Foundations" course for structured guidance.

How often should I practice?

We recommend daily practice, even if just 5-10 minutes. Consistency matters more than duration. The app includes reminders to help you build a habit.

Is breathwork safe?

When practiced properly, breathwork is generally safe for most people. However, consult your healthcare provider before starting if you have any medical conditions. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable. See our Disclaimer.

What if I feel dizzy during practice?

Stop immediately and return to normal breathing. Dizziness can occur if you're breathing too forcefully or holding your breath too long. Start with gentler exercises and progress gradually. If dizziness persists, consult a healthcare provider.

Can I practice while pregnant?

Some gentle breathing practices may be appropriate during pregnancy, but you must consult your healthcare provider first. Avoid breath holds and intense techniques. Our app is not designed specifically for pregnancy.

Best time of day to practice?

Any time works! Morning practice can energize you for the day. Evening practice helps wind down. The app includes programs based on time of day to guide you.

Courses

Do I need the app to take courses?

No, courses are standalone and accessed through our website. However, the app complements courses by providing the timer and tracking tools you'll learn about.

How long do I have access to courses?

Lifetime! Once purchased, you have unlimited access forever. Learn at your own pace and revisit lessons anytime.

Can I get a refund for a course?

Can I download course videos?

Course videos are streamed online for the best quality. You can download PDF resources and guides. An internet connection is required to watch videos.

Live Classes & Coaching

What if I can't attend a live class I booked?

Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class for full refund or credit. Less than 12 hours: no refund but may reschedule once. See our Refund Policy.

Are live classes recorded?

Yes, recordings are available for 7 days after each class. You'll receive an email with the recording link.

Do I need to turn my camera on?

Camera is optional but encouraged. It helps instructors provide better guidance and creates community connection.

What's the difference between coaching and live classes?

Live classes are group sessions with set curriculum. Coaching is one-on-one, personalized to your specific goals and needs.

Are coaches licensed therapists?

Technical Support

The app won't open. What should I do?

My data isn't syncing between devices
