Refund Policy

App Subscriptions (iOS)

All app subscriptions (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime) are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an app subscription or in-app purchase:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Yogi Breath purchase
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Select the reason for your refund request
  6. Submit your request

Apple will review your request and respond directly. Refund decisions are made by Apple according to their policies.

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments
  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge

Video Courses

We want you to be satisfied with your course purchase. Our refund policy for video courses is:

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You have not started the course, OR
  • You have viewed less than 10% of the course content

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted for:

  • Technical issues preventing course access (if we cannot resolve)
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Course not as described
  • Accidental purchases (within 48 hours)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • You have viewed more than 10% of course content
  • You have downloaded course materials
  • You simply changed your mind after completing significant portions

How to Request a Course Refund

To request a refund for a video course:

  1. Email [email protected]
  2. Include your order number and purchase email
  3. State the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Live Classes

Cancellation and Refunds

For individual live class bookings:

  • 12+ hours before class: Full refund or credit toward another class
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund, but may reschedule once (subject to availability)
  • No-show: No refund or credit

Monthly Membership

For monthly live class memberships:

  • Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Unused classes do not roll over
  • Access continues until end of paid period

Class Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a class:

  • Full refund automatically issued
  • Or credit toward any future class
  • Notification sent at least 2 hours before scheduled time

1:1 Coaching Sessions

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours before session: Full refund or reschedule
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% refund or one-time reschedule
  • No-show: No refund

Session Packages

For multi-session packages:

  • Refund available for unused sessions only
  • Must request within 30 days of purchase
  • Prorated refund based on package discount
  • Completed sessions charged at single-session rate

Coach Cancellations

If your coach cancels:

  • Full refund or priority rescheduling
  • Complimentary 15-minute extension on rescheduled session

Processing Time

Refund processing times:

  • App Store refunds: Determined by Apple (typically 48 hours to 30 days)
  • Course refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Live class refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Coaching refunds: 3-5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy:

  • Explain your circumstances
  • We will review on a case-by-case basis

While we cannot guarantee approval, we will consider reasonable requests with empathy and fairness.

Fraudulent Refund Requests

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refunds for suspected fraud or abuse
  • Suspend accounts with patterns of refund abuse
  • Report fraudulent activity to payment processors

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
